On July 3, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Gansu Province issued the Announcement on the Merger and Relocation Plan of the Circular Economy Industrial Construction Project of Longnan Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd., which mentioned that the relocation project was a 5000t/d cement clinker production line.

On July 3, Gansu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Merger and Relocation Plan of the Circular Economy Industry Construction Project of Longnan Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. The relocation project is a 5000t/d cement clinker production line, which is planned to be ignited and put into operation in June 2025.

The withdrawal projects are one 2500t/d clinker production line of Longnan Qilianshan Cement and one of Wenxian Qilianshan Cement respectively.
