On June 25, the law enforcement officers of the Eco-environmental Sub-Bureau found that the aggregate crushing production line of Huiyuan Building Material Co., Ltd. in Lengshuijiang City had been built, the closed factory shed and the automatic car washing platform were under construction, a large number of crushed gravel and stone powder were piled up in the open air, a small amount of scattered gravel was scattered on the road surface, and there were illegal acts such as "throwing before testing". Law enforcement officers launched a case investigation and ordered the company to immediately rectify environmental problems.
On July 2, the staff of the Ecological Environment Sub-Bureau conducted another on-site review of the company, verifying the implementation of the "Three Simultaneities" according to the EIA and its approval. On-site guidance to enterprises on how to implement the relevant requirements of environmental protection completion acceptance, etc., to ensure smooth channels to solve the problem.
At present, a large number of crushed gravel and stone powder piled up in the open air by the company have been covered with dust-proof and dust-suppression nets, and the gravel scattered on the transport pavement has been cleaned up. Next, the sub-bureau of ecological environment will urge enterprises to strictly prohibit unauthorized production before completion and acceptance.
