Seal of China Gezhouba Group Forged for Fraud

Recently, China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. and China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. found that some lawless elements, under the banner of "Gezhouba", signed contracts with foreign countries by forging company seals and other means, and carried out fraud. We hereby solemnly declare as follows:

1. China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. has not implemented the "Gutian Road Earthwork Loading and Transportation Project", and the relevant seals of "Gezhouba" affixed in the relevant contracts, agreements and other documents of the project are forged by illegal elements, which have nothing to do with China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. and China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. is not liable.   

2. China Gezhouba Group Company Limited has not implemented the "Yellow River Basin Ecological Environment Treatment Project", and the relevant seals of "Gezhouba" affixed in the relevant contracts, agreements and other documents of the project are forged by illegal elements, which have nothing to do with China Gezhouba Group Company Limited, and China Gezhouba Group Company Limited is not liable. & nbsp; & nbsp;

3. The two companies have nothing to do with the signing of contracts and the collection of deposits by means of forging seals and counterfeiting company employees under the banner of "Gezhouba". If the public encounters fraud and other illegal and criminal acts, it is suggested to report the case to the public security organs in time. & nbsp; & nbsp;

4. All sectors of society are requested to be vigilant. In case of signing relevant contracts and paying deposits for the implementation of projects in the name of two companies, it is recommended to carefully screen and strengthen prevention.
