5GW！ Guangdong Hydropower Releases 2023-2024 Annual PV Module Collection Announcement

On July 6, Guangdong Hydropower issued a public tender announcement for centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules in 2023-2024. The tender is divided into two bidding sections, and the scope of the tender is estimated to be 5G W photovoltaic modules. In addition to the PV modules in the above table,

each bid section also includes the following contents, but not limited to

(1) MC4 (compatible) supporting string PV cable connectors, including supporting string outgoing lines, with 5% margin for positive and negative connectors.

(2) Spare parts: no less than 10 spare parts for every 10 MW of components;

(3) Special tools for installation and maintenance: one imported infrared thermal imager shall be provided for every 50 MW of components for monitoring and maintenance; Provide at least 5

multimeters for every 20 MW (4). The Contractor shall be responsible for the design, manufacturing, pre-delivery test, packaging, transportation and delivery of PV modules, as well as on-site equipment installation guidance, commissioning, technical service cooperation related to commissioning, training and regular first-party inspection of on-site modules. Special attention

should be paid to the fact that all the components are purchased according to the double-sided double-glass specifications . The unit price of single-sided single-glass modules is reduced by 0.02 yuan/Wp on the basis of the unit price of single-crystal double-sided high-efficiency modules. Bids that do not respond to this clause will be rejected.

Delivery date: The first batch of goods shall arrive at the site within 30 days after the bidder signs a valid procurement contract with the tenderee's affiliated enterprise for the photovoltaic project invested or EPC photovoltaic project contracted in 2023-2024 and receives the advance payment. (Subject to the project demand of the end user)

Place of delivery: the time of submission of the bidding documents for the photovoltaic project invested by the enterprise affiliated to Guangdong Hydropower or the designated location of the EPC photovoltaic project (free on truck)
