He introduced in detail the cement combined (semi-finished) grinding system, roller press cement semi-finished grinding process system, powder concentrator system, ceramic grinding body and other related contents, and emphasized that cement enterprises should pay attention to the research of grinding technology.

Zou Weibin pointed out that the development of cement industry will focus on "clean production, energy saving and emission reduction", and carry out various technological innovations, including the development and application of high-efficiency and energy-saving grinding equipment and new technology, so as to reduce the power consumption of grinding system. "System energy saving is the absolute principle": the inheritance, innovation and development of the traditional grinding theory; the continuous summary and continuous improvement of the grinding system according to the actual process conditions, and the acceleration of technological progress.

In addition, Zou Weibin said that cement enterprises should evaluate the quality of grinding system by process energy consumption index, evaluate the physical quality of cement by working performance index (facing the needs of users in the concrete industry), evaluate the stability of grinding system by efficient operation rate, and select cost-effective equipment to achieve lower maintenance costs.
