since Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Hebi Tongli") developed the first special cement variety in 2008. Up to now, Hebi Tongli has developed into five series of 11 cement varieties, and has become the largest special cement production base in Henan Province. It has the first new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 2000 tons in Henan Province, a production line with a daily output of 2500 tons and a production line with a daily output of 5000 tons of cement clinker , with an annual output of 4.2 million tons of high-quality cement. Special cement involves petroleum, water conservancy, transportation, large-scale engineering and other four fields. There are mainly "Tongli" brand low-alkali P.O42.5 cement, low-alkali P.O52.5 cement, special Portland cement for airport runway, oil well cement, medium-heat Portland cement, sulfate-resistant Portland cement and other varieties.
Hebi Tongli has high ore grade and perfect and reliable quality management system, which ensures the quality of special cement products. "Tongli" brand cement has been awarded the titles of "National Inspection-free Product", "National Building Material Recommended Product", "China Green Building Material Product", "China Famous Brand", "Henan Customer Satisfaction Product", "Henan Quality Product" and so on.
Hebi Tongli has a strong technical force, with more than 60 scientific researchers. It has participated in the formulation of four national standards for special cement, namely, oil well cement, medium (low) heat Portland cement, road Portland cement and Portland cement for nuclear power engineering.

In 2010, Hebi Tongli developed and produced sulfate-resistant Portland cement, which marked the birth of Hebi Tongli's corrosion-resistant cement products suitable for concrete.
In 2011, Hebi Tongli developed and produced medium-heat Portland cement, which marked that Hebi Tongli products began to be applied in the field of dam cement.
In 2013, Hebi Tongli Oil Well Cement passed the API product certification of the American Petroleum and Natural Gas Association, marking that the quality process control and inspection of Hebi Tongli Special Cement has risen to a higher level.
In 2021, Hebi Tongli successfully passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology for its participation in the "13th Five-Year Plan" national key research and development project "Preparation of cement-based materials with low shrinkage, high flexural strength and heavy load resistance for road engineering", marking another breakthrough in the differentiation of special cement and becoming the largest special cement manufacturing base in Henan Province.
