China Cement Network, brought a wonderful report on the theme of "Biomass Substitution + Co-disposal". He said that biomass fuel generally refers to solid, liquid or gas fuel composed or extracted from biomass, which is an important direction for the development and utilization of renewable energy, and can replace coal combustion and reduce CO2 emissions.
Gao Yuzong pointed out that the difficulty of the alternative fuel technology scheme lies in the mode of collecting and storing biomass. The key point is that the type of furnace used to incinerate biomass depends on the type of long-term main disposal. The technical route is as follows: biomass enters the plant-temporary storage-crushing-closed transportation-metering into the incinerator-incineration-high temperature flue gas enters the decomposition furnace-residue is discharged or enters the furnace-tertiary air or natural air can be used for combustion support-offline or online arrangement. The key point is that the key factors affecting cost and benefit are transportation distance and moisture, and fire protection and stable supply capacity are equally important.
Gao Yuzong said that the main goal of alternative fuel technology should be to replace 15% -50% of furnace coal in the short term, 50% -80% of furnace coal and 10% of kiln coal in the medium term, and 100% of furnace coal and 30% of kiln coal in the end.
