Insolvent! A cement enterprise in Sichuan was declared bankrupt.

Recently, the People's Court of Huili City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, announced that Huili Chuancheng Cement Company in Liangshan Prefecture was insolvent and had no possibility of reorganization or reconciliation, which met the conditions for declaring bankruptcy.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 1, of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China, the Court declared the bankruptcy of Liangshan Huili Chuancheng Cement Co., Ltd. on June 26, 2023.
