China Construction signed 621.1 billion new contracts from January to February! Up 30.2% year on year!

On March 13, China Construction released a briefing on its business situation from January to February 2023. According to

the briefing, the total value of new contracts signed in January-February was 621.1 billion yuan, an increase of 30.2% over the same period last year. Among them, the value of new contracts signed in construction business was 567.6 billion yuan, an increase of 27.3% over the same period last year. The contract sales of real estate business was 53.5 billion yuan, an increase of 71.1% over the same period last year.

At the end of the period, China's construction land reserve was 88.27 million square meters, and the newly purchased land reserve was 370,000 square meters.
