"Hainan Center" project is the fourth generation lightweight top formwork independently developed by the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, which has the reputation of "air building machine", represents the highest level of science and technology in China, and is also a necessary magic weapon for super high-rise construction in the construction industry. The
project will carry out the installation of "aerial building machine" according to the process, and the whole installation will be completed in mid-April, when the average speed of building a floor every 9 days will be achieved.
Workers are preparing
for lifting. Unlike the traditional climbing formwork construction technology, the fourth generation of "aerial building machine" integrates the functions of construction elevator, spreader, steel structure installation control room, storage yard, fire fighting facilities, etc. Through the common fulcrum and synchronous jacking, it can cover four and a half layers of height and resist 17 typhoons.
"Lift!" As soon as the order was given, the column climbed
steadily. With the climbing of the "aerial building machine", the various processes of the project tower were carried out layer by layer, forming a pipeline construction from bottom to top, and completing the installation of steel plate wall, steel bar binding, steel formwork erection, concrete pouring, concrete maintenance and other work layer by layer. Factory construction environment, in response to harsh weather, can also improve the comfort of construction personnel, so that hundreds of meters high construction operations are flat.
