Announcement of Capacity Replacement Plan for Jidong 3900t/d Clinker Production Line in Mizhi

In accordance with the requirements of the State Council's Guiding Opinions on Resolving the Serious Contradiction of Overcapacity (Guofa [2013] 41) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2021] 80), and the Interpretation of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry. Now Mizhi Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. intends to absorb the capacity indicators of Wubao Jidong Special Cement Co., Ltd. and Jidong Cement Tongchuan Co., Ltd. through capacity replacement, and publicize the matters involved in the technical transformation of the existing 2000t/d new dry carbide slag cement production line in terms of pollution control and emission reduction, energy saving and consumption reduction, comprehensive utilization of resources, and upgrading of equipment level. 1.Capacity replacement scheme of 3900t/d cement clinker new dry process cement production line

2. Wubao Jidong Special Cement Co., Ltd. has not implemented the capacity transfer plan for the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 1500t/d. With the consensus of the three parties, it is proposed to change the transferee of the transferred capacity from China Resources Cement (Yongding) Co., Ltd. to Mizhi Jidong Cement Co., Ltd.;

3. Tongchuan Jidong Cement Tongchuan Co., Ltd. Line A 1750 t/d balance unused index capacity replacement plan has not been implemented, and the three parties agreed to change the transferee of the transferred capacity from China Resources Cement (Fengkai) Co., Ltd. to Mizhi Jidong Cement Co., Ltd.
