Excavation and leveling, coal gangue and gravel backfilling and compaction shall be carried out at the higher part of the terrain to ensure that the slope of the pit is reduced to less than 15 degrees. At the same time, in accordance with the Quality Control Standards for Land Reclamation, the requirement of "restoring the effective soil layer thickness of cultivated land in Northeast China to more than 80 centimeters" has been strictly implemented, covering 33000 cubic meters of soil, completing the land reclamation work, and passing the acceptance of relevant authorities. two years of vigorous promotion, the "old scar" of the abandoned quarry has completed the transformation to the "new landscape" of fertile fields.
