Trina Solar Suqian 20g W Slice Project Reaching Production Capacity and Component Project Landing

of July 5, the signing ceremony of Trina Solar Slice Project and Component Project was held in Suqian Jingkai District. Liu Hao, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, attended the signing ceremony. Chen Shouzhong, Senior Vice President of Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd., and Zhang Hui, Vice Mayor and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches.

Trina Solar Suqian 20g W Slice Project is an important part of Trina Solar's vertical integration layout and the first production base for large-scale production of Trina Solar Slices.

The project was signed and settled in June 2022, started construction in September, and commissioned in December. After full production, it will effectively fill the "blank" in the core link of Suqian photovoltaic industry chain.

The contracted component project is the fourth investment project of Trina Solar Energy in Suqian and the first fully automatic intelligent production line project of Trina Solar Energy, which mainly produces 210 series components with leading industry, high efficiency and high conversion rate. Trina Solar (Suqian) Industrial Park has become the largest photovoltaic production base of Trina Solar in the world and the gathering area and experimental area of new photovoltaic technologies and processes.

It adds luster to Trina Solar's pursuit of "light" and dreams. After the

production activities, Suqian Jingkai District signed a component project cooperation agreement with Trina Solar Energy. Before the signing ceremony, Liu Hao and his delegation also visited the workshop of Trina Solar Slice Project to get a detailed understanding of the production and operation of the enterprise.
