, Inner Mongolia Mingyang Baotou Shiguai 200 MW Photovoltaic Centralized Competition Project 220 KV Grid Connection Project is one of the annual key projects of Baotou Power Supply Company. The project invested 50.62 million yuan, built 25.22 kilometers of 220 kilovolt transmission lines and 65 new towers. After

the project is put into operation, the annual power generation time will reach 1600 hours, and the annual power generation is expected to reach 340 million kilowatt-hours, further helping to achieve the "double carbon" goal. The 40 MW/80 MWh energy storage equipment built by the project can play the role of "peak shaving and valley filling" and further alleviate the peak shaving pressure of the regional power grid.

Since the construction of the project started, Baotou Power Supply Company has broken the professional barriers, organized planning, engineering, production, marketing, dispatching and other departments and specialties to carry out joint office work in the early stage of design, refined the design scheme, communicated and reported to the superior departments many times, opened up a green channel in the evaluation and other links, and handled it efficiently; The bidding and procurement method of EPC general contracting is used to shorten the bidding and procurement time and accelerate the implementation of the project. During the

implementation, the project strictly matches the latest standard process, refines the installation process, and improves the installation quality and process level while ensuring the safety of operation. The operation and maintenance personnel of 220 KV Dongliang Operation and Maintenance Station continuously strengthened the safety management and control of the construction site, efficiently completed the permit procedures, work ticket processing and other work, and successfully completed the equipment installation, commissioning, grid connection and other work. In July 2023, the installed capacity of new energy in Baotou accounted for 40.09%, which will further meet the "green power" demand of new energy enterprises in the region.
