On June 30, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced that in response to the application submitted by the Vishakha Metals Private Limited of domestic enterprises in India. Initiate an anti-dumping investigation on aluminium frames (Aluminium Frame for solar panels/modules) for solar panels/modules originating in or imported from China. The

products involved include all types of aluminum frames . It covers products under Indian Customs Codes 7610 and 7616 and products under 76109010, 76109020, 76109030, 76109090, 76161000, 76169910 and 76169990. The

dumping investigation period of this case is from April 2022 to March 2023 (12 months), and the injury investigation period is from April 2019 to March 2020, from April 2020 to March 2021, from April 2021 to March 2022, and from April 2022 to March 2023.
