Since

2023, all cadres and staff of Andiyan Company, under the correct guidance and support of the Group and the region, have closely focused on the overall objectives of the project, reversed the schedule, and strived to seize the golden period of construction. With an efficient and pragmatic style, we will make every effort to overcome the difficulties of capital, customs clearance, weather and complicated procedures, and actively work together with the general contractor, Suzhou Sinoma, to promote the project construction with high quality. Through adhering to a series of work measures, such as the weekly comprehensive inspection of "three inspections of cadres", the inspection of cadres on duty and the spot check of night shifts, we have made every effort to supervise and serve the construction of projects. The clinker silo pouring was completed on August 25, the rotary kiln was closed on October 5, and the preheater was successfully capped on October 23. The project construction has achieved fruitful results, and other equipment has been installed rapidly under the conditions of safety and quality. At the same time, the formalities, mine capital construction, circuit construction and water supply construction have also been promoted on schedule.
