Hongyuan Xuzhou Base N-type TOPCon high-efficiency battery project, officially launched in February 2023, after five months, has achieved the first offline, and will quickly achieve mass production climbing. Xuzhou Base adopts the international advanced automatic production line and the industry-leading TOPCon passivation contact technology, and introduces the whole process quality control system to achieve chip-level tracking, which greatly improves the quality of battery products. of Hongyuan TOPCon battery can reach 25.6%, the anti-PID attenuation can be controlled within 2% (PID192h), and the warehousing yield can reach 98%, reaching the industry-leading level, providing users with high efficiency, high performance and high reliability product experience. At the same time, the product covers a variety of mainstream specifications, and can achieve customized production of cell thickness 110 ~ 150um, to meet the needs of different versions of the component side.
In addition, Hongyuan relies on the advantages of the upstream silicon material and silicon wafer industry, combines with the ecological partners of the industrial chain, actively promotes the process of "large size, thin wafer" of silicon wafers and batteries, rapidly promotes cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and effectively promotes the reduction of the cost of electricity at the system end.
Xuzhou Base Crystalline Silicon Battery Project is the first 16GW N-type TOPCon battery production plant of Hongyuan Green Energy. Its formal commissioning will further optimize the company's capacity structure and strengthen the advantages of upstream and downstream linkage. In addition, Xuzhou Base Phase II 10GW project will start as soon as possible and achieve mass production, further expanding the company's TOPCon high-efficiency battery production capacity. Other production bases are also under planning. In the future, the total production capacity of Hongyuan battery will exceed 40 GW, realizing the cost advantage of downstream components and even the system side from the battery port.
