The Court accepts the case of the dispute over the sales contract between the plaintiff Jiangsu Yangzi Cement Co., Ltd. and the defendants Zhang Lei (ID Card No.: 3101011983 * * * * 0510) and Kunshan Anhua Concrete Co., Ltd. In accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, we hereby announce to you the service of the indictment, the notice of response, the notice of proof, the summons for hearing, the notice of the formation of the collegial panel, the summary of the ruling and the evidentiary materials. The plaintiff claims: 1. The defendant Kunshan Anhua Concrete Co., Ltd. shall be ordered to repay the plaintiff the 4751436.26 of the goods and bear the monthly interest from May 7, 2014 to the date of actual payment, of which the annual interest rate for the period from May 7, 2014 to August 19, 2019 is 6%. From August 20, 2019, it is calculated according to the one-year loan market quotation rate of 4.25% published by the National Interbank Funding Center on August 20, 2019; 2. The defendant Kunshan Anhua Concrete Co., Ltd. shall pay the lawyer's agency fee of 30000; 3.
