On March 9, the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China issued Announcement No.2 of 2023. The Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China has approved the following 12 safety production industry standards, among which AQ/T 2033 — 2023 Code for Construction of Emergency Refuge System in Metal and Nonmetal Underground Mines replaces the original AQ 2033 — 2011. AQ/T 2034 — 2023 Code for Construction of Compressed Air Self-rescue System in Metal and Nonmetal Underground Mines replaces the original AQ 2034 — 2011, and AQ/T 2035 — 2023 Code for Construction of Water Supply and Rescue System in Metal and Nonmetal Underground Mines replaces the original AQ 2035 — 2011. AQ/T 4105-2023 Determination of TNT Equivalent of Pyrotechnic Composition for Fireworks and Firecrackers replaces the original AQ 4105-2008. It is hereby promulgated (see annex for the standard text) and shall come into force on August 20, 2023.
AQ/T 1123-2023 Requirements for Risk Pre-control Management System of Mine Rescue Team and AQ/T 2081-2023 Safety Inspection and Inspection Specification for Belt Conveyors in Metal and Non-metal Mines are also listed in 12 safety production industry standards.
