3月9日，中华人民共和国应急管理部发布了2023年第2号公告。中华人民共和国应急管理部批准以下12项安全生产行业标准，其中，AQ/T 2033—2023《金属非金属地下矿山紧急避险系统建设规范》替代原AQ 2033—2011，AQ/T 2034—2023《金属非金属地下矿山压风自救系统建设规范》替代原AQ 2034—2011，AQ/T 2035—2023《金属非金属地下矿山供水施救系统建设规范》替代原AQ 2035—2011，AQ/T 4105—2023《烟花爆竹 烟火药TNT当量测定方法》替代原AQ 4105—2008。现予公布（标准文本见附件），自2023年8月20日起施行。
