As a kind of green and clean energy, photovoltaic power generation can provide renewable electricity and effectively alleviate the pressure of carbon reduction faced by cement enterprises. Therefore, more and more cement enterprises reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency through the layout of photovoltaic projects.
Recently, China Cement Network invited Zhang Shuangqing, senior engineer of the National Energy Solar Power Research and Development (Experimental) Center, to exchange views on the layout and application of photovoltaic power generation in the cement industry.
Zhang Shuangqing said that it is a good time for the cement industry to enter the photovoltaic industry. On the one hand, China's photovoltaic industry chain and technology have been quite mature. China's photovoltaic installed capacity has ranked first in the world for many years, and has become the main force of new energy power generation and an important means of carbon reduction. On the other hand, with the sharp decline in the price of photovoltaic materials and photovoltaic modules, the cost of photovoltaic has been greatly reduced and the profit margin has been greatly increased.
In view of the complex production mode and working environment of cement enterprises, Zhang Shuangqing believes that the development of photovoltaic should pay attention to the following points: First, if photovoltaic is built on the roof of the factory area, first of all, from the safety point of view, do a good job in calculating the bearing capacity, in order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents; Second, as there is a lot of dust in the cement plant, when formulating the scheme of photovoltaic power generation system, we must fully demonstrate and calculate the income of power generation, and pay attention to the operation and maintenance in the later period; third, if the cement enterprise has its own mine to build photovoltaic, we must pay attention to the nature of the land, such as the ecological red line, and we must not cross the line. Fourth, pay attention to policy requirements and adjust measures to local conditions. Zhang Shuangqing is optimistic about the investment benefits of
cement enterprises in the construction of photovoltaic projects in terms of cost performance and payback period. He said that the investment benefit of cement enterprises in photovoltaic power generation is good at present. First, photovoltaic power generation can provide green electricity for their own factories, greatly alleviating the pressure of power limitation. Second, the photovoltaic power stations held by themselves can also participate in CCER development and carbon trading; Thirdly, the price of photovoltaic modules, including upstream photovoltaic materials, has been greatly reduced in the near future, which is very good for the development of downstream photovoltaic power, and the profit space can be greatly increased.
At present, the downward trend of cement demand is prominent, energy prices remain high, costs remain high for a long time, and profit compression has become the norm. Improving energy efficiency and reducing cost pressure have become the key breakthrough points for cement enterprises to enhance their comprehensive strength and market competitiveness. On July 6-7,
