It is reported that in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Sand Mining in Rivers of Hubei Province and the 14th Five-Year Plan for Sand Mining in Rivers of Jingshan City, which were submitted to the municipal government for approval and implementation, the Bureau has granted administrative permission for sand mining to the Sand Mining Branch of Jingshan Jingcheng Industrialization Investment Co., Ltd. in 10 mining areas of Fushui River, Zhangshui River and Shibanhe River in the city.
