Licheng New Energy is a joint venture of Linyi Dongcheng Construction Investment Group, Linuo Electric Power Group, Beijing Luke New Energy and Jinan Nuowei New Energy, which is the core enterprise of Linuo Group 's photovoltaic industry . The overall construction scale of the

project is an intelligent manufacturing plant with an annual output of 4GW high-efficiency photovoltaic modules in the first phase and 8GW high-efficiency heterojunction battery products in the second phase. After completion, the annual output value will reach 10 billion yuan, and more than 900 people will be employed, bringing considerable economic and social benefits. The

workshop is equipped with the most advanced machines in the industry, and the single-line production capacity is increased by 40%. The multi-grid high-efficiency cell is combined with the laser non-destructive cutting technology, and the output power of the product is higher. The double-layer design workshop is equipped with the electric heating laminating machine, which saves space and effectively reduces the energy consumption by more than 30%. The production line adopts flexible design, mainly using N-type large-size batteries such as HJT and TOPCon, which can realize the compatibility of 210/230 and other products through module switching. In the design of production line, the import of automation equipment is strengthened, the data can be uploaded to MES system in real time, AI intelligent detection is applied, and the six-axis mechanical arm is used on a large scale, with a high degree of automation, and the goal is to achieve a black light factory. At the end of

the ceremony, Zhao Jigang, Junxinyang, Wang Shijiang and Gao yuankun came to the stage to unveil the first photovoltaic module of the new plant. The government leaders, industry guests and the management of Linuo Group and Licheng New Energy who attended the ceremony jointly laid the foundation for the second phase of 8GW Heterojunction Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Project.
