Raise 10.9 billion yuan! Trina Solar plans to build a new 20GW high-efficiency battery + 10GW high-efficiency module project

June 30, Trina Solar issued the "Plan for Issuing A-shares to Specific Targets in 2023", which intends to issue no more than 652,027,699 A-shares (including this number) to no more than 35 specific investors and raise no more than 10.9 billion yuan (including this number). It is used for Huai'an annual output of 10GW high-efficiency solar cell project, Trina Solar (Dongtai) annual output of 10GW high-efficiency solar cell project, Trina Solar (Dongtai) annual output of 10GW photovoltaic module project, replenishment of working capital and repayment of bank loans.

Trina Solar said that after the completion of the above projects, a total of 20GW high-efficiency solar cell capacity and 10GW high-efficiency module capacity will be added.
