In order to strengthen the production management of ready-mixed concrete in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, improve the quality of ready-mixed concrete products and ensure the quality and safety of the main structure of construction projects in Jiaxing City, since October last year, the Municipal Construction Bureau, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau have jointly launched a special inspection of the ready-mixed concrete industry in Jiaxing City. Recently, the Municipal Construction Bureau issued the Notice on Publishing the "Black List" Units of Ready-mixed Concrete Quality Control, notifying the typical cases found in the special renovation work of concrete enterprises in the city, and five enterprises with non-standard quality management were included in the "Black List" list.

(I) Jiaxing Xinqiao Concrete Co., Ltd.
Reason for listing: The company provided concrete information in violation of regulations in the concrete professional engineering of a project, and was suspected of lending the company's qualifications to other companies. The factory certificate (No. SH221101023) is inconsistent with the raw material test report; the concrete mixing water (recycled water) test report is not provided; some personnel with intermediate professional titles in the enterprise do not have social insurance certificates, and some concrete experimenters do not have social insurance certificates, which do not meet the qualification requirements. The enterprise shall be closed down and rectified, and the case shall be filed for investigation.
(II) The reason why Jiaxing yuanyuan Energy-saving Building Materials Co., Ltd.
was listed: the company provided concrete information in violation of regulations in the concrete professional engineering of a project, and was suspected of lending the company's qualifications to other companies. A case investigation has been filed.
(III) The reason why Jiaxing Dingye New Building Materials Co., Ltd.
was listed: no concrete impermeability test block was found in the concrete curing room of Caoqiao Street Wall Garden Residential Project; the technical director of the enterprise had no senior professional title certificate, and there were only two laboratory personnel with intermediate professional titles, which did not meet the qualification requirements, and the law enforcement proposal had been issued.
(IV) The reason for listing of Haiyan Shendang Nanfang Concrete Co., Ltd.
is that the technical director of the enterprise has no senior professional title certificate, the person in charge of the laboratory has no engineer certificate and no social security certificate, which does not meet the qualification requirements, and the law enforcement proposal has been issued.
(V) The reason why Tongxiang Zhongtian Construction Concrete Co., Ltd.
was listed: the material specifications of the factory certificate and the concrete mix proportion notice of some projects were inconsistent. Give business suspension and rectification treatment.
