Lv Wenbin, male, Han nationality, born in December 1966, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a postgraduate degree, is currently the party secretary, chairman and president of Hunan Southern Cement Group Co., Ltd. From September 1984 to July 1987, he studied in the Department of Electrical Engineering of Shanghai Mechanical College, majoring in Computer Application Technology, from July 1987 to March 1993, he worked in the Computing Center of Beijing New Building Materials General Factory, and from January 1993 to January 2000, he worked in the Computing Center of China New Building Materials Company. He served as the deputy general manager of Beijing Zhonglian Tongtong Trading Co., Ltd. from January 2000 to June 2002, the deputy manager of the enterprise management department and the general manager of the operation management department of China United Cement Group from June 2002 to September 2009, and the general manager of the material department of Southern Cement Co., Ltd. from May 2009 to January 2015.
