On March 6, the first cast-in-place box girder of the main line bridge of Ruyi Road Interchange, which was constructed by the Fifth Company of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway in Shenzhen, was successfully poured, marking that the project formally entered the construction stage of the superstructure of the bridge. The total length of the main line of Ruyi Road
in Shenzhen is about 2 kilometers, with 6 lanes in both directions. Two main line bridges, four ramp bridges of Zhangbei Interchange and one double-arch tunnel of the main line are designed. The main line bridge of Zhangbei Interchange has a total length of 1636.16 m and an area of 30664 ㎡. The cast-in-situ beam to be poured this time is the left continuous beam of the sixth section of the main line bridge of Zhangbei Interchange, with a span arrangement of 2 × 30 m. The box girder structure adopts a single box with three chambers. The top width of the box girder is 15.5 ~ 18.6m, the bottom width is 10.4 ~ 13.5m, and the beam height is 2m. The construction process is divided into two times of concrete pouring, with a total of 812 m ³ of C50 concrete poured. After the completion of the
project, it is of great significance to strengthen the links between the eastern center of Shenzhen and the downtown area, Hong Kong, Huizhou, Shantou and other regions, and to accelerate the integration of Shenzhen Longgang into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
