Resignation of Qilianshan Cement Supervisor

Recently, Gansu Qilianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Company") issued a notice on the resignation of supervisors. On March 8, 2023, the Supervisory Committee of

the Company received the resignation application submitted by Mr. Deng Yusheng, a supervisor. Mr. Deng Yusheng applied to resign from the position of supervisor of the ninth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company due to job change. The resignation of Mr. Deng Yusheng will not cause the number of members of the Supervisory Committee of the Company to fall below the quorum. According to the Company Law, the Articles of Association and other relevant provisions, the resignation of Mr. Deng Yusheng shall take effect from the date of delivery to the Supervisory Committee. After his resignation, Mr. Deng Yusheng ceased to hold any position in the Company.
