The Thailand project is the second overseas investment project of Conch Profile after the Myanmar project, which actively responds to the national "the Belt and Road" initiative, centers on the "double one" development goal of the group company, and speeds up the transformation and upgrading of the profile industry. The project is located in Thai-China Industrial Park, Rayong Province, Thailand, in the eastern economic corridor of Thailand, close to the eastern coast, 114 kilometers away from Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, with superior location and transportation advantages, complete supporting facilities, and sufficient supply of water, electricity and gas, which provides good external conditions for project construction and later operation of the company. Thai-China Industrial Park is a state-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone, enjoying the support policies of various overseas trade cooperation zones designated by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance.
International development is an inevitable choice for enterprises to become bigger and stronger and improve their efficiency. In recent years, the domestic market demand for plastic steel profiles tends to be saturated, with serious overcapacity and fierce market competition. From June
11 to June 15, Wan Yong, Vice General Manager of the Group Company, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Profile Co., Ltd., led a delegation to carry out investment research on projects in Thailand, conducted in-depth discussions with Thai-China Rayong Industrial Park, reached consensus on relevant investment matters, and formally signed a letter of intent for project investment. After the signing of the
project, according to the decision-making and deployment of Conch Profile Co., Ltd., the Thai project preparatory team immediately accelerated the work progress around the preliminary work of enterprise registration, approval and construction. On July 2, the Thai project passed the provincial SASAC filing approval smoothly, and on August 27, it obtained the approval of the provincial Development and Reform Commission for overseas project investment filing. The Thai project team also entered the site in August to carry out preliminary work and obtained the business license of the project company on September 12. In a short period of three months, the Thai project preparation team and working group members have overcome many difficulties such as language barriers, dietary differences and cultural barriers, and have successively completed a lot of work such as project site selection, contract signing, filing approval and company registration, once again demonstrating the "conch speed" and interpreting the "conch spirit" in other places. When
