Rong Yakun put forward seven requirements for the next step: First, we should fully and correctly understand the international benchmarking work, make up for the shortcomings through benchmarking, and realize the improvement of management level and system; Secondly, we should stand at a high position, carry out benchmarking work from the perspective and level of international development of basic building materials, and comprehensively benchmark the management status, ideas, principles and methods of world-class enterprises to guide and improve the management ability and performance of the company; Thirdly, we should combine the practices and standards of advanced enterprises with the actual situation of enterprises, constantly learn, approach and surpass, and realize the process from following to running and then to leading step by step; Fourth, it is necessary to clarify the phased tasks and promote the benchmarking work from the perspective of development. At the present stage, the benchmarking mainly focuses on the four aspects of strategic development decision-making, corporate governance, operation management and control system construction, and the benchmarking objects should be adjusted according to the phased development needs of the company. Fifth, it is necessary to constantly improve the assessment and incentive mechanism, and optimize the implementation effect of the benchmarking work in combination with the characteristics of the benchmarking work; Sixthly, the Company shall pay attention to building an international management brand and enhance its corporate reputation while improving its management capability; seventhly, the Company shall adhere to long-term benchmarking and timely dynamic adjustment, regularly conduct benchmarking discussions, summarize and review, so as to better play its role as a management and control platform for overseas investment and operation of the basic building materials sector of CNBM Group and make new contributions to international development.
