In order to promote the study and implementation of the theme education of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, according to the overall arrangement of the theme education of China Building Materials Group and the implementation plan of the theme party class, on the afternoon of June 29, the Secretary and Chairman of the Party Committee of China Building Materials Group, Zhou Yuxian, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Committee of China Building Materials Co., Ltd., gave a special Party lesson on the topic of "Understanding the Essence of Spirit, Grasping Strategic Opportunities and Striving to Promote the Informatization Construction and Digital Transformation of the Group" . First, we should understand the strategic deployment, grasp the general trend of development, and systematically plan blueprint vision of information construction and digital transformation. To deeply understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the development of digital economy, we must first regard data as the key element of high-quality development, and aim to achieve value-added and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; We should accurately grasp the national policy guidance, strengthen top-level design, unify the understanding of all levels of the group with digital transformation planning, and promote the construction of various data application platforms; we should conscientiously implement the action plan of state-owned enterprises, and draw up and implement the "1254" digital development blueprint in combination with the development strategy of the group and the positioning of state-owned capital investment companies.
Second, we should adhere to the problem orientation, build four major guarantees, and firmly promote the implementation of information construction and digital transformation planning. In view of the organization, data, process and other problems existing in the digital transformation, it is necessary to carry out the construction of digital governance system, enhance the sharing ability of the group's digital service force, and establish the construction and management mechanism of the group's consultation, co-construction and sharing; it is necessary to carry out the construction of data governance system, so that data can be interconnected and interoperable, realize business empowerment, and help data value-added; To carry out the construction of process management system, according to the principle of "organization adapting process, process carrying business, IT solidifying process", realize the vertical connection of business standards of the group and member enterprises, the horizontal connection of business coordination, and reduce communication costs.
Third, we should follow the result orientation, implement five measures, and find out the breakthrough path of information construction and digital transformation. We should combine the five measures of planning implementation, adhere to the principle of urgent use first, promote quick-win projects such as intelligent safety production management platform, group procurement platform and financial informatization, quickly build up the confidence of the whole group in digital transformation, and conduct a comprehensive agility verification of the planning.
Fourth, we should focus on the goal orientation, anchor the two major directions, and deeply tap the value potential of information construction and digital transformation. The group will anchor "industrial digital transformation, digital value promotion", make full use of massive data resources, cultivate technology and data market, activate the potential of various elements, and tap huge data value. Starting the standard version compilation of intelligent factories, increasing the application of "I'm looking for a car" platform, and promoting data modeling and operation as the breakthrough point, we should promote the integration of digital economy and real economy, accelerate the pace of industrial digital transformation and digital value promotion, and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the group.
Zhou Yuxian pointed out that "four relationships" should be properly handled: the relationship between the digital management center of the group and the invested enterprises; the relationship between individual breakthroughs and centralized replication and promotion; the relationship between software providers and users; and the relationship between digitalization and excessive digitalization. These "four relationships", taking into account the current and long-term, construction and use, rights and responsibilities, breakthroughs and promotion, are the specific methods and working principles for the Group to carry out digital transformation.
Chang Zhangli put forward three requirements for carrying out the spirit of thematic Party lessons and promoting thematic education.
