The announcement shows that based on the consideration of the consumption of building glass in East African countries and the import substitution of local production capacity, Kodak Manufacturing will invest 86.7627 million US dollars (about 598 million RMB) in the construction of Tanzanian building glass production projects, of which 34.7627 million US dollars will be invested by the local project implementers in Tanzania. In order to meet the increasing market demand in Africa, Kodak also disclosed in the announcement that it planned to invest 36.1104 million US dollars to build the second phase production line of Zambia Ceramic Production Project to further enhance the production capacity of building ceramics.
