On June 29, Kuaike Electronics announced that the company intends to sign the Investment Agreement of Kuaike Electronic Photovoltaic Connection System Project with the Management Committee of Nantong High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
The company plans to register its wholly-owned subsidiary in Nantong High-tech Zone as the main body of project implementation, and the name of the project company is tentatively named Nantong Kuaike New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment of this project is about 240 million yuan, covering an area of 48 mu, which will be implemented by stages according to the implementation plan of the project.
The announcement said that the project relies on the company's own product characteristics and technological advantages, and combines with the development trend of the photovoltaic industry , will further improve the company's capacity layout, so as to better meet customer capacity matching needs, and improve the company's comprehensive competitiveness.
