On June 30, China Cloud Technology Group issued a notice on the signing of major contracts by holding subsidiaries. The announcement shows that Zhongke Yunwang (Gaoyou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhongke Yunwang Holdings, has signed a Purchase and Sale Contract with Wuxi Pioneer Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Wuxi Jiangsong Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Jiejiawei Innovative Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. to purchase related automation equipment from the above-mentioned suppliers. It is used for the first phase project of Zhongke Gaoyou N-type high-efficiency photovoltaic cell.

In addition, the Company has issued the Notification of Award to Hangzhou Haikang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Blue Sea Robot System Co., Ltd., intending to purchase relevant automated production equipment from each other. The total amount of the above purchases is 106.5962 million yuan. Up to now, the company has paid part of the advance payment according to the contract.
