Recently, Shangfeng Cement said in an institutional survey that the Duyun project in Guizhou is scheduled to be ignited and put into operation in the first half of this year. For the overseas investment project in Uzbekistan, the company has adjusted the plan and cooperated with Conch. The project plans to build a new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 6500 tons and a supporting 9 MW waste heat power generation system, which is currently under construction. Production is expected to begin in the second half of 2023.
According to China Cement Network, the 4000t/d clinker cement production line reduction replacement project of Duyun Shangfeng Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Duyun City, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. The project will build a 4000t/d clinker cement production line with 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and 200t/d sludge disposal system, with an annual output of 1.32 million tons of clinker and 1.7 million tons of cement. The annual power generation (six-stage preheater) is 3,432 × 104kWh, the annual power supply is 3,174.6 × 104kWh, and the annual sludge disposal is 66,000 tons. The scope of construction is from limestone mining, crushing and transportation, auxiliary raw materials entering the plant to cement finished products leaving the plant (including coal powder preparation and transportation) and supporting production and living auxiliary facilities, 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, 200t/d sludge disposal system. An aggregate production line of 5 million tons/year and a commercial concrete production line of 2 million cubic meters/year will be built. It is expected that the ignition conditions will be available in mid-March this year.
China Cement Network will hold "2023 China Cement Industry Summit" in Hangzhou on March 15-16, when the national cement and related industry colleagues will gather together to discuss the future trend of the cement market, please pay attention.
