The State Power Investment Corporation solemnly declared that the EPC general contracting tender for a 4G W photovoltaic off-grid hydrogen production project recently released by the network. Its tenderer, Zhongguangtong Science and Technology (Jiuquan) Co., Ltd., is not a subsidiary company of our group, and all its bidding and other acts and published projects have nothing to do with our group.

on Illegal Enterprises Counterfeiting Subsidiaries of the State Power Investment Group 2023.06.29

State Power Investment Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "our Group") found that illegal elements registered China Power Investment City Construction Development Co., Ltd., China Power Investment City Construction Co., Ltd., Beijing Guofa Zhonghui Technology Co., Ltd. and Fujian Xinyuan Zhicheng Industrial Co., Ltd. as subsidiaries of our Group by forging relevant materials. After verification, the above companies and their subsidiaries have no affiliation or equity relationship with our group, nor do they have any investment, cooperation, business and other relationships, and all their actions have nothing to do with our group. In addition, the tenderer of the EPC general contracting tender for a 4G W photovoltaic off-grid hydrogen production project recently released by the network, Zhongguangtong Technology (Jiuquan) Co., Ltd., is not a subsidiary company of our group, and all its bidding and other acts and released projects have nothing to do with our group. All sectors of society should be vigilant and pay attention to risk prevention.

We hereby declare as follows:

I. China Power Investment Urban Construction Development Co., Ltd., China Power Investment Urban Construction Co., Ltd., Beijing Guofa Zhonghui Technology Co., Ltd., Fujian Xinyuan Zhicheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Counterfeit Companies") and their subsidiaries at all levels are all counterfeit central enterprises. It has no equity relationship with our group, nor does it have any investment, cooperation, business and other relationships, and all its actions have nothing to do with our group.

2. The fake company and its subsidiaries at all levels conduct project negotiations, sign cooperation framework agreements/contracts, and collect money on behalf of our group for the so-called "project development, investment, construction" and other activities. 3. Our Group will not assume any legal liability for any losses suffered from listening to the above false information or participating in relevant business activities through unofficial channels such as intermediaries and personal recommendations.

IV. Our Group hereby warns the counterfeiting company and its subsidiaries at all levels and relevant responsible persons to immediately stop infringement, fraud and other illegal and criminal acts.
