Recently, Tianjin Cement Institute undertook the technical renovation project of 1 # 6000t/ d clinker cement production line of Qingzhou Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. With the strong support of the leaders of Zhonglian Cement Company and the close cooperation of the project team of Tianjin Cement Institute and the subcontractors, the two sets of roller press systems have entered the trial production stage.
Qingzhou Zhonglian Project is a transformation, upgrading and energy-saving reconstruction project of 1 # 6000t/d clinker cement production line. The project covers the construction of two sets of Ф1800 × 1600mm roller press finish grinding systems to replace the existing ATOX57.5 vertical mill system, the synchronous technical transformation of batching and raw material warehousing systems, and the replacement of two-stage crushing systems; Add 1 # raw meal finished products to 2 # raw meal warehousing system; upgrade and transform supporting electrical equipment and auxiliary facilities.
The project was officially launched on December 25, 2022. With the strong support of the construction unit and the company, all members of the project department overcame the unfavorable factors such as limited surrounding space, tight construction period, heavy tasks, high temperature and heat, and finally completed the project feeding work ahead of schedule.
