Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Hazardous Waste Trans-provincial Transfer Permit Opinions Issued!

On June 29, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Anhui Province issued a permit on the trans-provincial transfer of hazardous wastes from two units, including Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. The full text of the

approval opinion is as follows:

Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. and Anhui Yingliu Group Huoshan Foundry Co., Ltd.:

We have received the application materials for trans-provincial transfer of hazardous wastes submitted by you. According to the application materials and the Letter of the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Approving the Trans-provincial Transfer of Hazardous Wastes from Two Enterprises Including Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. The approval opinions are as follows:

I. It is agreed in principle that Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. will produce 370 tons of waste catalyst (HW 50,772 -007-50). It is transferred to Guangxi Conch Environmental Science and Technology Co., Ltd. for comprehensive utilization , and the transfer period is valid until December 13, 2023.

2. It is agreed in principle that Anhui Yingliu Group Huoshan Foundry Co., Ltd. will transfer 25 tons of waste film (HW 16,900 -019-16) to Guangxi Weikang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for comprehensive utilization. The transfer period is valid until December 31, 2023.

3. In the process of transfer, you must strictly abide by the Measures for the Management of Hazardous Waste Transfer, transfer according to the type, quantity and time limit of the approved transfer, strictly implement the system of hazardous waste manifest in the process of transfer, and report to the municipal ecological environment department within 3 days before the transfer of hazardous waste. At the same time, the expected arrival time and route will be reported to the local ecological environment department.

4. The Ecological Environment Bureaus of Chizhou City and Lu'an City are respectively responsible for the supervision and management of the transfer of hazardous wastes in the units under their jurisdiction, strengthening the management of the transfer manifest of hazardous wastes, and timely investigating and reporting the illegal acts found in the transfer process to our office.
