In response to the structural reform of the national supply side, the replacement policy of cement production capacity reduction and the requirements of transformation and upgrading, Zunyi Saide Cement Co., Ltd. An efficient, green and environmentally friendly new intelligent cement production line with a daily output of 4500 tons of clinker and a 9 MW waste heat power generation system have been built, with an annual cement production capacity of 2.2 million tons, and an intelligent production line with 5 million tons of fine sand aggregate and 2 million cubic meters of fine concrete has been built. In the central control building not far from the production area, the large screen of the central control room shows the real-time production picture of the whole factory, and the staff can grasp the production and operation of the equipment at any time only through the system parameters.
"The central control room is equivalent to our nerve center, from the start-up to the whole production process of quality control, factory management, personnel deployment and other processes, plays a key role in the control of the entire cement production line, at the same time, all our emissions are discharged in accordance with the requirements of the state." Luo Liyong told reporters that through the application of a large number of artificial intelligence, on-line monitoring and control technology, the company has realized the automatic mechanization of raw materials entering the factory, production process control and finished products leaving the factory, reduced the manual operation links of the production line, and controlled the staff of the whole factory at 80 people, greatly reducing the production cost of the enterprise. In the production process, Zunyi Saide Cement chooses high-quality limestone with local industrial by-products, introduces intelligent grab feeding, on-line monitoring and equipment on-line diagnosis and monitoring system, and carries out large data analysis through expert optimization system, so as to realize the optimization of standard deviation in the manufacturing process and realize the optimization of standard deviation in the manufacturing process. Effective prevention and control of air pollution, water pollution, solid waste and hazardous waste pollution, noise pollution and soil pollution should be carried out.
"In terms of equipment, a total of 72 large and small dust collectors have been installed. The denitrification system adopts the domestic advanced flame-retardant air staged combustion + selective non-catalytic reduction technology. In terms of water treatment, it has its own reclaimed water treatment station and sewage treatment station, and has built an accident pool of 500 cubic meters, which realizes the diversion of rain and sewage and ensures zero discharge of sewage." Hai Yanyang said that in order to promote the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste and turn waste into treasure, the company uses solid waste such as carbide slag and construction waste instead of yellow sand and raw shale, fly ash and coal-fired slag instead of burning shale, desulfurized gypsum and phosphogypsum instead of natural gypsum to reduce the use of primary materials such as limestone, and dust collected by dust collector. As a raw material, it is reused in the production line, and the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste reaches 100%.
Through the green transformation of green production, recycling and other links, the comprehensive power consumption, standard coal consumption and cement grinding power consumption of Zunyi Saide cement clinker have been greatly reduced, which directly reduces production costs and brings direct economic benefits to enterprises.
