63 mines in Shandong Province to be included in the provincial green mine directory database

On June 27, the Department of Natural Resources of Shandong Province issued a public announcement, in accordance with the requirements of documents such as "Measures for the Construction and Management of Green Mines in Shandong Province" (Lu Natural Resources Regulation No.6, 2019), "Notice on the Selection of the Fifth Batch of Provincial Green Mines" (Lu Natural Resources Word No.147, 2022), and so on. The Natural Resources Department of Shandong Province, together with the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, the Provincial Emergency Response Department, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and the Provincial Energy Bureau, organized the selection of the fifth batch of provincial-level green mines. On the basis of

enterprise self-evaluation, third-party evaluation, joint on-site verification and recommendation by relevant departments such as municipal and county natural resources, Shandong Provincial Department of Natural Resources, together with relevant departments, selected some mines for spot checks. A total of 63 mines have passed the selection and will be included in the fifth batch of provincial green mine directory database after being countersigned by relevant departments and approved by the office meeting of the director of the provincial natural resources department. Shandong Province has promulgated a series of institutional measures, such as "Shandong Green Mine Construction Work Program", "Shandong Green Mine Construction Management Measures", "Shandong Green Mine Construction Third Party Assessment Management Measures (Trial Implementation)", "Shandong Mining Green High Quality Development Promotion Action Work Program"; Seven local industry standards for green mine construction have been issued, provincial green mine expert database has been established, green mine construction training has been continuously strengthened, and green mine construction management system and technical support system have been established and improved.

Up to now, there are 257 green mines in Shandong Province, including 67 at the national level and 190 at the provincial level, and the number of national green mines ranks fourth in the country.
