The cement plant project is located in Erbil province in the Kurdish region of Iraq. The main work includes the construction of a new cement clinker production line with a daily output of 6,000 tons and a 52 MW heavy oil power station as its own power supply. The Project will make full use of the local mine resources and the advantages of Dabin Group and China in terms of capital, construction and equipment.
