Ceremony of Centralized Drug Destruction in Nanjing Held at China Cement Plant

June 26 is the 36th International Drug Control Day. In order to enhance the ability of the whole people to identify, resist and refuse drugs, raise the awareness of the masses to resist drugs consciously, and create a social atmosphere of "healthy life away from drugs", a centralized drug destruction ceremony was held in China Cement Plant on June 26. During the

activity, the anti-drug detachment of Nanjing Public Security Bureau announced the quantity and types of drugs seized recently, and popularized drug knowledge to residents and volunteers of civilized practice in the new era, so as to let everyone know the harmfulness of drugs. In this centralized drug incineration activity, the rotary kiln of the cement clinker production line of Conch Group China Cement Plant Co., Ltd. was used as the drug incinerator, and the drugs were transported to the kiln mouth by crane for unified incineration. The whole process is strictly supervised by the comrades of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Procuratorate to ensure safety and order. During the

burning ceremony, representatives of community residents, public security police and anti-drug volunteers spoke one after another, expressing their firm opposition to drugs, advocating that we should establish a correct outlook on life, values and world outlook, adhere to the life concept of "healthy life away from drugs", and build a strong ideological defense line against drugs.
