Recently, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Longyan City, Fujian Province issued the Announcement on the List of Proposed Subsidy Projects for Investment in Technological Transformation Equipment of Municipal Industrial Enterprises in 2023, which includes:
Fujian Chunchi Group Domestic Industrial Cement Co., Ltd; Energy saving, emission reduction and intelligent comprehensive technical transformation project of
Fujian Tapai Cement Co., Ltd.;
Raw material grinding, quality improvement and consumption reduction technical transformation project of Zhangping Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd.

According to the Notice of the Municipal Government on Twenty Measures to Promote High-quality Industrial Development (Long Zheng Zong [2021] No.51), Notice on the Implementation Rules of the Twenty Measures of the People's Government of Longyan City to Promote the High-quality Development of Industry (Longgong Xinzheng Law [2021] 11) and Notice on Organizing and Declaring the Policy of Benefiting Enterprises at the Municipal Level in 2022 (Longgong Xin [2023] 9) issued by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Municipal Finance Bureau. Through the procedures of self-declaration by enterprises, joint preliminary examination and recommendation by county (city, district) science and technology and financial departments, and special audit by accounting firms organized by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the list of projects to be subsidized for investment in technological transformation equipment of municipal industrial enterprises in 2023 that meet the requirements is now publicized for five working days (June 26, 2023). If any unit or individual has any objection to the list, please report it to the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology in writing or by telephone within the publicity period.
