Zhejiang Yueqing carries out special inspection activities on the production quality of ready-mixed concrete!

In order to strengthen the production management of ready-mixed concrete in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, improve the standard use of sand by enterprises, improve the quality of ready-mixed concrete products and ensure the quality of construction projects, according to the "Hammer" 7 Action Plan for Quality and Safety Supervision and Law Enforcement of "Dajian Damei" Construction Projects in the whole city and the "Regulations on Quality Management of Sand for Ready-mixed Concrete in Wenzhou City". In June 2023, Yueqing Housing and Construction Bureau carried out a special inspection on the production quality of ready-mixed concrete in the whole city. A total of 12 ready-mixed concrete enterprises in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province were inspected in

this special activity, and the raw materials used by the enterprises, the quality of ready-mixed concrete, the qualifications of the enterprises and the laboratories were inspected by surprise sampling. 12 batches of raw materials for concrete sand were sampled on site, and the sampling results were all qualified. Twelve rectification notices were issued, 86 rectification suggestions were put forward, and ready-mixed concrete enterprises with more problems will be interviewed.

In general, the ready-mixed concrete enterprises in Yueqing can basically establish the quality management system according to the relevant requirements; most of the laboratory equipment and batching measuring instruments are verified and calibrated within the validity period, and regular self-calibration is carried out.

However, it is also found that there are still some deficiencies in the enterprise, such as non-standard installation of some laboratory instruments, non-standard retention and storage of test blocks in the curing room, and non-standard operation of machine-made sand test. The purpose of this

special inspection activity is to urge all ready-mixed concrete enterprises to standardize their behavior, fulfill their quality and safety commitments, improve the quality of construction projects, and prevent the occurrence of quality accidents in construction projects. Next, Yueqing Housing and Construction Bureau will continue to adhere to the principle of prevention first, scientific management and precise provention and control, strictly implement the supervision responsibilities, effectively strengthen the supervision of ready-mixed concrete enterprises after the event, and ensure the quality of construction projects.
