On the morning

of June 26, the joint law enforcement action was launched in Xiamen Maritime Police Bureau, which focused on cleaning up and banning "three noes" ships and illegally refitted ships, strictly investigating "three noes" speedboats and illegal fishing activities, and cracking down on illegal and criminal acts of illegal sea sand mining. On the first day of the

operation, the action team carried out two tasks in turn, namely, clearing the harbor and clearing the bay during the summer fishing moratorium and checking the sand-related enterprises, wharfs and sand yards in the area under its jurisdiction. Five berthing points of ships, such as Aoguan, Maluan Bay and Gaopu, were checked, and the movement of ships and their certificates of going to sea were checked one by one, and the ships going to sea were communicated in real time. Subsequently, the action team inspected the natural sand industrial park of Wanxiangtong Industrial Co., Ltd., listened to the introduction of the owner's unit, and inspected the sewage treatment facilities and sand mining and transportation records on the spot. During the operation, law enforcement officers found two suspected "three nothingness" ships at Gaopu mooring point, which will be subsequently transferred to the territorial government for disposal.

This joint law enforcement action has laid a good foundation for further deepening law enforcement cooperation, ensuring the safety and stability of marine fishery production order, maintaining the order of sea sand mining and protecting the marine ecological environment during the summer break.
