Shuangliang Energy Saving: Pre-bid for Inner Mongolia Tongwei 200,000-ton Silicon Material Production Equipment Project

On June 27, Shuangliang Energy Conservation issued the Announcement on the Receipt of Pre-bid Notice by the Holding Subsidiary. The Company's holding subsidiary has received the corresponding Pre-bid Notice and won the bidding for the reduction furnace equipment of the 200,000-ton high-purity silicon project of Inner Mongolia Tongwei Silicon Energy Co., Ltd.

According to the introduction, the total investment of Inner Mongolia Tongwei Project is about 10,108.48 million yuan, and the construction content is to build a new high-purity silicon project with an annual output of 200,000 tons and related supporting equipment and facilities, with a construction period of 18 months. Energy-saving Shuangliang won the pre-bid for the multi-rod polysilicon reduction furnace equipment, with the pre-bid amount of RMB266.76 million, accounting for 1.84% of the audited operating revenue of the Company in 2022.
