(hereinafter referred to as Tenghui Photovoltaic) sold 100% equity of Tenghui Photovoltaic Power Station Company to Changzhou Zhaolian Lurui New Energy Co., Ltd. Hanshou Zhonghui Solar Power Generation Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Hanshou Zhonghui) was sold as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the power plant company.
Hanshou Zhonghui paid the land occupation tax to the tax Bureau after the signing of the agreement, believing that Tenghui Photovoltaic did not bear the land occupation tax paid by Hanshou Zhonghui according to the agreement.
Now Hanshou Zhonghui and Zhaolian Lvrui request the court to order Tenghui Photovoltaic to compensate Hanshou Zhonghui for the farmland occupation tax and late fee paid by Hanshou Zhonghui, with a total amount of 16.0246 million yuan, and Hui Photovoltaic shall bear the litigation costs of the case.
ST Zhongli said that Suzhou Tenghui Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. had fully communicated and explained the content of the plaintiff's claim in this lawsuit in the early stage. The follow-up will actively respond to the lawsuit.
