5. Brief Introduction to the Bidding Project:
This project selects the supplier to provide the sand and gravel required for the sand and gravel supply project of Wuhou Plant of China Construction West Construction Southwest Co., Ltd.
6. Suppliers participating in this procurement activity shall meet the following requirements before submitting the bidding documents:
1. Having the ability to independently bear civil liabilities;
2. Having good business reputation and sound financial and accounting systems;
3. Have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;
4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
5. Within three years before participating in procurement activities (since January 1, 2020), there is no major illegal record in business activities;
6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations;
7. This project does not accept the response of the consortium;
8. Special qualification requirements for this project:
(1) from January 1, 2020 to the present (the performance time is subject to the time of contract signing), with sand and gravel supply performance (the amount of a single contract is not less than 10 million yuan);
(2) It is not in the state of property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt;
(3) It is not included in the list of abnormal operations of the industrial and commercial system or the list of enterprises with serious violations of law and dishonesty;
(4) If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different bidders with direct holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract;
(5) The bidder and its current legal representative and principal responsible person have no criminal record of bribery within three years before participating in this procurement activity (since January 1, 2020).
7. Method of obtaining the bidding documents:

(III) Bidding document acquisition fee: RMB 300/copy. The bidding document acquisition fee must be paid through the supplier's bank account transfer (no personal transfer is accepted, the bidding document is non-refundable after sale, and the bidding qualification cannot be transferred). Please verify the "project information" on the transfer page of the bidding platform before transfer. Read the "Notes" carefully and transfer according to the "Payment Information". (The fees for obtaining the bidding documents shall be subject to the arrival of the fees at the designated account, and the bidding documents cannot be obtained if the fees have not arrived at the account within the deadline for obtaining the documents).
Note: (1) Suppliers who fail to obtain the bidding documents in accordance with the requirements of this item are not qualified to bid.
