Recently, Sinopec's Southwest Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. It is reported that the unit adopts the process technology of pre-conversion + one-stage conversion, in which the pre-conversion reactor is filled with a new generation of CN-14R pre-conversion catalyst provided by Southwest Institute, which has stable structure, strong carbon deposition resistance and is a pre-reduction catalyst. After the catalyst is adopted, the cold state start-up time of the device is less than 10 hours, the reaction reaches the process design requirement in less than half an hour after feeding, the methane content of the outlet process gas is reduced to 73%, and the high hydrocarbon above C2 is less than 0.1%, so that the start-up time of the device is greatly shortened, and a large amount of start-up cost is saved for owners.
