All relevant municipal development and reform commissions (energy bureaus) and the State Grid Hubei Electric Power Company:
according to the requirements of the Notice of the Provincial Energy Bureau on Accelerating the Development and Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects (E Energy Xin Neng [2022] No.25), The relevant power generation enterprises have defined part of the construction scale arranged by E Energy New Energy [2022] No.14 to specific projects, which have been reviewed by the municipal, prefectural and county development and reform commissions (bureaus) where the projects are located, and the provincial power companies have given feedback. The list of specific projects with construction conditions is published as follows.
First, the announced conventional wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects totaled 11, with a capacity of 1.039 million kilowatts. Among them, there is one wind power project with a capacity of 100,000 kilowatts and 10 photovoltaic power generation projects with a capacity of 939,000 kilowatts.
2. The photovoltaic power generation project announced this time should be connected to the grid with full capacity by the end of 2024 and the wind power generation project by the end of 2025. Supporting flexible regulation facilities should be implemented in accordance with the requirements of synchronous planning, construction and commissioning of new energy power generation projects.
III. The development and reform commissions (bureaus) of relevant cities, prefectures and counties shall supervise and urge the project units to accelerate the project construction in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the state and the province to ensure that the project is completed on schedule; they shall strengthen the coordination of services and actively implement the supporting policies.
4. The provincial electric power company is requested to support the access procedures of the project, speed up the construction of the grid-connected project and ensure the synchronous completion of the network source.
5. The construction scale arranged by E Energy New Energy [2022] No.14, which has not yet been specified to specific projects, shall be adjusted to the priority arrangement in the construction scale of 2023. The project declaration shall be implemented according to the relevant requirements of E Energy New Energy [2023] No.2.
