On June 26, the Three Gorges Group issued a tender announcement for centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules (Bid 4) in the second quarter of 2023. According to the tender announcement, the tender project involves photovoltaic modules and ancillary equipment required for three projects, namely, the Three Gorges Energy Shanxi Jingle 250000 kW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, the Three Gorges Energy Shenchi 100MW Photovoltaic Composite Project and the Three Gorges New Energy Yangquan Yuxian 100000 kW Photovoltaic Composite Power Generation Project. The project is not divided into bid sections, and the total capacity of N-type single-crystal double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules and ancillary equipment purchased is about 586.8127 MWp. The specific items of this
procurement are shown in the following table:
Bidding scope
The bidder shall provide the PV module product body and its ancillary equipment (including the connecting wires of junction box components, the connecting wires between the upper and lower rows of components in the same bracket, MC4 connectors and special tools, etc.), supporting services, etc., as follows:
design, manufacture, test, packaging, transportation, delivery and on-site installation guidance of auxiliary devices, spare parts and special tools necessary for the normal operation of photovoltaic modules and equipment, and provision of factory drawings (if any) and data. As well as the quality inspection, test, trial operation and acceptance, preparation of technical documents and other work in the field installation and commissioning stage.
According to the announcement, the place of delivery is the place designated by the buyer at the construction site of each photovoltaic power station, and the delivery of the car plate is carried out. The planned delivery time of PV modules for each project is shown in the following table, and the specific time, batch and quantity shall be subject to the notice of the Buyer.
(2) Place of delivery: the place designated by the Buyer at the construction site of each PV power station.
(3) Terms of delivery: free on truck.
With regard to the qualifications of bidders, the document requires that the cumulative contract performance of photovoltaic modules in a single natural year in 2021 or 2022 should not be less than 2G W, and that there should be no loss for two consecutive years in the past three years (2019, 2020 and 2021).
This tender does not accept consortium bidding; this tender does not accept agent bidding. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents is 10:00 on July 18, 2023.
